Sharon van Sprang
The Reset Expert
You've spent the budget. Run the programmes. Brought in the trainers. And it still didn't stick. That's because most strategies work on the surface, and the real driver is living somewhere deeper. Sharon doesn't speak about leadership challenges — she helps a room see the hidden pattern underneath them, live, using neuroscience to make it actually stick. Two keynotes, each built around a different pattern — see which one fits below.

Why Sharon
Most speakers take 20 minutes to warm up a room. Sharon does it in the first two minutes. Her ability to create genuine psychological safety, fast, is what makes everything else possible.
This is never a lecture. People leave having done something, felt something, understood something about themselves they didn't when they arrived. That is the difference.
Mindset shifts don't last. Most talks give you a temporary high. Sharon plants a seed that grows long after you leave the room. People don't just feel motivated they feel seen. And that changes everything.
No two sessions are the same. Sharon tailors every talk to where your audience actually is their challenges, their context, their next step. It shows.
Sharon's Story
At three in the morning, I woke up convinced I was having a heart attack.
I called my best friend, terrified and was lucky she picked up. "You're not having a heart attack," she told me. "You're having a panic attack." That was my breaking point, after two years of being harsh on myself pushing, pushing, with no self-love left to give.
What turned it around wasn't more talking. I've never liked talking therapy it activates the brain, and staying in your head keeps you stuck in survival. To actually think clearly, move forward, or understand anything, you have to get out of your brain first. That's the only way to reach real consciousness. One session of mBIT did exactly that, reconnecting me to my own intuition, accepting myself completely and fully. The effect of actually relying on my own knowledge, instead of everyone else's, is immense. It's not analysis. It's a click. For me, everything changed in two sessions.
I went deep into neuroscience to understand why it had happened in the first place then interviewed 35 successful women to see if my experience was universal. It was. Different patterns, same turning point: the moment someone stops performing who they think they need to be, and starts leading from who they actually are. That's the research that became the seed of my book, Beyond the Ceiling, and later, The ResetCode.
Now, it's what I teach. I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck, and exactly what it takes to get out.
The Talks
Talk 1
Every person in your organisation is carrying a version of this feeling. The team member who doesn't speak up. The manager who pretends to keep it all together. The leader who works twice as hard to prove they deserve to be there.
Not Enough is the talk that names what nobody says out loud and explains, through neuroscience and raw personal story, exactly why it happens and what it costs.
Talk 2
Everyone talks about the glass ceiling. Nobody talks about the one you built yourself.
Through research with 35 successful leaders, Sharon discovered something unexpected: the breakthrough moment was never about the external barrier. It was always the same internal shift the moment someone changed the filter through which they were seeing their reality.
In survival mode, you cannot see beyond your current reality. Your filter tells you what's possible, who you are, and what you're allowed to want. And you believe it, because from inside it, it looks like the truth.
Beyond the Ceiling shows you what that filter is made of, where it came from, and how to break through it in five steps.
